HydrofitM/W/F 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Hydrofit is a water exercise practiced in the deep end of the pool using specialized equipment. This class develops strength and muscle endurance for an overall body work-out. This class is not for beginners or novice swimmers. Pilates4:00 - 5:00 PM Teacher: ThomasPilates focuses on muscle strengthening, body awareness, and flexibility. Join us for an hour of body toning and weight control. Step / Circuit:8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Teacher: TeresaAlternates step bench routines and a variety of circuits. This class will constantly challenge different muscle groups and cardio endurance. Level intermediate & up. Stretch Class10:30 - 11:30 AM Teacher: KeokiRegain and preserve much of your youthful flexibility through simple daily stretching exercises. A program of gradual stretching will allow you to loosen up, move more freely, experience less pain and enjoy life more fully. It will improve balance, flexibility, and functional capability. This class is great for beginning exercisers. Yoga6:15 AM - 7:15 AM Teacher: Heather and KimBasic Hatha Yoga class for all levels. Class begins with warm - up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. |
