LifeguardsBethMy name is Bethany. I've been working at SARC since June of 2000 and it has been a rewarding and enjoyable time. My hobbies include chess, reading and playing pool, which is how I met my fiancee Michael. We are going to get married in July and are probably going to Mexico for our honeymoon. BillI retired from the Navy in 1995 and moved to Sequim with my wife, (see Melody), and family. About two weeks later Melody threatened to have me evicted from our home if I did not find something to do other than drive her nuts. Someone suggested that I get a job at SARC as a lifeguard. So with visions of Bay Watch I took some training and started my new career. A few weeks later the management found out that I could make change for a dollar so they hired me as a cashier too. Soon after that a couple older men, that like a challenge, decided they needed someone to tu CodyI have been working at SARC since November 2007. My hobbies are cars, trap shooting, and showing horses. DavidI have been working here since October 2007 as a lifeguard. If I am not at work, I am probably wrestling or at pole vault practice. My career goal is to be a paramedic. JamesI work at SARC as a lifeguard. My hobbies include swimming, playing soccer, and hanging out with friends. PhilI have worked at SARC since 2003 as a senior lifeguard. I work the early morning shift. I get up at 4:30 a.m. so that SARC can open at 5:45 a.m. I enjoy the early morning crowd. In my free time, I like to hang out with my girlfriend and work on her family farm. RobertMy name is Robert. I work as a cashier, lifeguard, water instructor and supervisor. I have competitively swam and played water polo for ten years. I also surf and am a full time student at Peninsula College working on my AA. I am originally from San Diego and have lived here since Spring 2006. SarahI have been working for SARC for almost two years. My job duties are teaching swimming lessons as a WSI (water safety instructor) and lifeguarding. |
