This class is taught in the gymnasium. This is a high intensity class offering a continuous circuit of ever changing exercises using body weight and free weights. This class is aimed to increase your muscle and cardiovascular endurance. It's like cross fit without the funny shoes. Evening Step/Circuit

Shelley Alternates step bench routines and a variety of circuits. This class will constantly challenge different muscle groups and cardio endurance. Geared for beginners and up. Introduction to Weight Lifting

Learn the basics of free weights and gain the knowledge and technique to build your own upper and lower body weight lifting program. This course is taught in the gym. Masters Swim Team
