Aquarobics is exercise practiced in 4 - 5 ft. of water to improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance.

Hydrofit

M/W/F 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.

Hydrofit is a water exercise practiced in the deep end of the pool using specialized equipment. This class develops strength and muscle endurance for an overall body work-out. This class is not for beginners or novice swimmers.

Step / Circuit:

Alternates step bench routines and a variety of circuits. This class will constantly challenge different muscle groups and cardio endurance. Level intermediate & up.

Stretch Class

Regain and preserve much of your youthful flexibility through simple daily stretching exercises. A program of gradual stretching will allow you to loosen up, move more freely, experience less pain and enjoy life more fully.

Water Walking

Mon and Wed 1 - 1:45 p.m.

The instructor is certified with the Arthritis Foundation.  The class works on muscle strengthening, balance, coordination and posture.  Great class for beginners!

Yoga

Basic Hatha Yoga class for all levels. Class begins with warm - up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
