Aquarobics is exercise practiced in 4 - 5 ft. of water to improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance.

Hydrofit

M/W/F 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.

Hydrofit is a water exercise practiced in the deep end of the pool using specialized equipment. This class develops strength and muscle endurance for an overall body work-out. This class is not for beginners or novice swimmers.

Alternates step bench routines and a variety of circuits. This class will constantly challenge different muscle groups and cardio endurance. Level intermediate & up.
