This class is taught in the gymnasium. This is a high intensity class offering a continuous circuit of ever changing exercises using body weight and free weights. This class is aimed to increase your muscle and cardiovascular endurance.

Family Zumba

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Family Zumba is a regular full hour cardio party class with youth ages 8 and up invited to join in the "party" with a paid participating adult.  Price of youth is general admission plus $2.00/class for drop-in and the price for an adult is general admission plus $4.00/class for drop-in.  There is a class discount for those who register for the month.  Come join the party!

Kids Zumba

Mon and Tues 3:15 - 4:15 p.m.

Stretch Class

Tai Chi

Classical Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient form of martial arts, for health and self-defense. Comprised of slow moving yet concentrated forms emphasizing balance, coordination, and breathing. The class teaches relaxation, stress relief, and internal focus.

Yoga

Basic Hatha Yoga class for all levels. Class begins with warm - up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
