Aquarobics is excellent for all levels of difficulty. It is practiced in the shallow end of the pool and uses the resistance of the water for strengthening and toning muscles. Come join the fun!

Hydrofit

M/W/F 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.

Hydrofit is a water exercise practiced in the deep end of the pool using specialized equipment. This class develops strength and muscle endurance for an overall body work-out. This class is not for beginners or novice swimmers.

Water Exercise

Water exercise is taught in the shallow end of the large pool. Water exercise will improve your flexibility, strength and muscle endurance. This is a great class for beginners and those who desire to get back into shape.

Water walking is a beginning exercise practiced in the shallow end of the pool. It will improve balance, flexibility, and functional capability. This class is great for beginning exercisers.

White Water

White water workout is an intense deep water workout using floatation devices for resistance. The class is a cardiovascular workout mixed with abdominal crunches.
