It is practiced in the shallow end of the pool and uses the resistance of the water for strengthening and toning muscles. Come join the fun! Aquarobics10-00 - 10:45 am. M/W/F Aquarobics is exercise practiced in 4 - 5 ft. of water to improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance. HydrofitM/W/F 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Hydrofit is a water exercise practiced in the deep end of the pool using specialized equipment. This class develops strength and muscle endurance for an overall body work-out. This class is not for beginners or novice swimmers. Water WalkingMon and Wed 1 - 1:45 p.m. The instructor is certified with the Arthritis Foundation. The class works on muscle strengthening, balance, coordination and posture. Great class for beginners! |
